A healthy balanced diet, is a diet which includes foods from all the major food groups in combination with an active lifestyle. This website was not created to formulate fixed diet plans, but to provide you with the knowledge and skills to amend your current diet to help you live a healthier happier lifestyle. Although fixed diet plans can be beneficial in some cases,  in particular a interest and passion of mine is sports nutrition, in which diet plans leading up to a competition and/ or during off-seasons can be beneficial in enhancing sporting performance and aiding recovery post workout.
