Apple Pie Proats


Baked ApplePie Proats (mini portion, best to make two)

**protein powder is optional, if you are not adding 15g protein please only use 25ml milk-**

25g oats
1 small tiny apple (bite size)
15g protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
35ml almond milk

  1. Place the oats cinnamon and protein powder in a small oven proof bowl.
  2. De-core the apple from the bottom
  3. Add the milk and stir
  4. Place the apple in the center of the mix
  5. Bake at 180C for 15-20 mins until Apple is soft and porridge is golden
