Chocolate Caramel Proats


~Finely chopped dates, slowly soften in the oven to form mouth watering caramel~

30g gluten free oats (or normal oats)
35ml almond milk
7g cacao nibs
5g goiji berries
15g protein powder
25g dates
1 tsp raw cacao

  1. Place the oats, protein powder, dates (finely chopped), cacao nibs, raw cacao and goji berries in a small oven proof bowl.
  2. Add the milk and stir
  3. Bake at 180C for 15-20 mins until Apple is soft and porridge is golden
