Chocolate & Cherry Overnight Oats


For one, overnight oats are served cold. Chia seeds, a super food high in antioxidants, fiber, and protein, are an essential ingredient. The tiny seeds actually expand into little jelly-like balls, assisting with thickening your oats. The oats are stored overnight in the fridge. During this time, the oats, chia seeds, and add-ins soak in milk. And in the morning, you wake up to a deliciously nutritious, thick, wholesome, and filling breakfast.


1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup of Almond milk (or; cows/ soya/ hazelnut/ coconut milks)

1 T cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder)

1/2 t vanilla extract

1 t chia seeds (optional)

1 t honey (optional)

1/4 cup frozen cherries

toppings: milled flaxseeds & Goji Berries, frozen cherries, pumpkin seeds.
