Customisable Granola Cups



1 large banana

40g honey 

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp (15g) currants

10g sunflower seeds

150g oats


  1. fork mash the banana
  2. add the honey and cinnamon
  3. pour in the currants and seeds
  4. mix in the oats
  5. lightly grease a muffin tin
  6. spread the mix around the edges (using the back of a tbsp helps)
  7. place in the fridge for 20mins
  8. bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C until golden
  9. remove and allow to cool
  10. transfer onto a wire rack and fill with your choice of ingredients
