The Royal Scot


The Royale Scot (eating like a Scottish princess)
… Aka Smoked Salmon Scotch Egg

– 2 soft boiled eggs
-~100g smoked salmon
– 1 tbsp of crème fraîche (or avocado -blended- would work just as well)
– linseeds/ hemp seeds
– seasonings optional (Tabasco / black pepper)

  1. In a saucepan of boiling water, boil 2 eggs 1-2 mins (soft boil)
  2. Remove from the saucepan, and place in cold water. De-shell.
  3. Cover each egg in creme fraiche
  4. Wrap in smoked salmon and roll in linseeds/hemp seeds
