Winter Caramel Proats


The spice of winter with a sweet touch.


Spiced Date Caramel

1 cup dates

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

pinch cloves

1/4 tsp ginger


40g Oats 

10g Chia seeds

45g Whey protein

2 tbsp Mulberries




  1. date caramel: add boiling water to the cup of dates (enough to cover the surface of the dates), add the spices and leave for 3-4 hours
  2. in a sauce pan simmer the proat ingredients (minus the mulberries: this is your topping)
