300g dried fruit (sultanas, currants, raisins, apricots, apple)
1 large Apple (finely diced)
30g dried cherries
zest and juice of an orange
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1. Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Set on a low heat for 1-2 hours.
2. Turn off the heat and allow to cool.
3. Keep in an airtight jar (sterilised)
