Peanut Butter Chicken Curry
2 large organic chicken breasts
1 small can coconut milk (250ml)
1 Chicken Stock cube
2-3 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp madras curry powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 Large white onion
1 cup frozen peas
Chopped peanuts to garnish.
1. In a frying pan saute the onion with a little oil and spices
2. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and leave on a high heat for 4-5 hours or a slow heat for 6-7 hours.
3. Enjoy with rice / nann bread etc
