Banana Pancakes

 

 Ingredients

2 bananas

2 scoops protein powder (optional- I used Apple Crumble Flavour)

2 eggs

Splash of almond milk (only add if you’ve added protein powder to your pancake mix)

1/2 tsp baking powder (makes them fluffy)

Tip: pour in the pan. Allow to spread naturally and leave… Be patient. Do not fiddle!! On a low to medium heat bubbles will slowly form on the surface. The baking powder is doing its thing…
