Matcha Breakfast Bars



100g dates

50g cashew nuts

50g desiccated coconut

20g hemp seeds

1 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined
  2. Line a tin with parchment paper and firmly press the mixture down
  3. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes
  4. Remove and slice into bite size bars
