Waffles

 

 Ingredients

50g Ground Almonds

30g coconut milk (thick creamy)

1 tsp baking powder

1 large egg

2 tsp water

Method

  1. combine all ingredients
  2. pour onto a waffle iron
  3. cook for 2-4 minutes until golden.
  4. top with desired toppings (for example: smoked salmon & a poached egg)
