Cucumber Roll ups

 

Ingredients:

Cucumber 

1 tbsp hummus (spicy red pepper) / cream cheese 

Smoked salmon 

Method

  • Using a pealer, form cucumber strips 
  • Layer with a spread of your choice (hummus/ cream cheese) 
  • Top with a protein of your choice (smoked salmon/ turkey / tuna etc..) 
  • Roll and seal with a toothpick
