Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

 

Ingredients

– 2 sweet pointed peppers (grilled until blackened and then peeled)
– 1 can chickpeas
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 5 Piquanté peppers (mild)
– 3 drops tabasco sauce
– 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds (gently roasted)
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
