Tuna Sandwich

LeanBean doesn’t do ‘Normal’

– Tuna Bread (chilli spiced)

– avocado & rocket filling



1 can tuna 

2 egg whites

Seasoning of your choice (I used chilli flakes, paprika and cumin)


  1. Preheat oven 180C
  2. Mix all the ingredients together
  3. Line a tray with foil.
  4. Pour the mix in, squash it down
  5. Bake 15 mins
  6. Allow to cool
  7. Fill with your desired filling (avocado & rocket)
