Mango Curry (Slow cooker)


1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 large chicken breasts
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 medium red onion
200g pickled mango
1 tbsp mango chutney
handful spinach 



1. Place all the above ingredients into a slow cooker 

2. cook on a low heat for 6-8 hours 

3. Serve with rice or nann bread.
