BBQ pulled pork


400-500g pork lion
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 large red onion
4 garlic cloves (crushed) 
200ml passatta
100g honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste 


1. pat the pork lion dry with paper towels, cut into cubes and place in the slow cooker 

2. heat a frying pan on medium heat, add the diced onions, garlic and sautee. Stir until soft.

3. Then add to the slow cooker. Stir in the passatta, spices, apple cider vinegar.

4. Cook on a medium heat for 8 hours, until the pork is falling apart.
